Toolspace is a free, ad-supported utility site. The tools run entirely in your browser — we don't see your files, and we don't process them on our servers. You're free to use the tools for anything lawful. We provide everything as-is, with no warranty, and we're not liable if a tool produces the wrong output for your specific use case.

What you get
Access to a growing library of free browser-based tools — PDF, image, video, converters, calculators, and text utilities. You do not need an account. There are no usage limits enforced by us, though your browser's available memory imposes a practical ceiling on very large files.
What you agree not to do
- Use the tools to process material you don't have the legal right to process (e.g. content you don't own the rights to and don't have permission to work with)
- Use the tools to create anything that violates applicable law — child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, and other universally-illegal content are prohibited regardless of jurisdiction
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm the site itself (scraping the static assets for reasonable personal use is fine; denial-of-service attempts are not)
- Frame or rebrand the tools as if they were your own product without attribution
Ownership of your output
Anything you create with the tools is yours. We don't claim any rights to your files, your inputs, or the outputs you download. We also don't retain copies — because we never received a copy in the first place. See our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The tools are provided as-is. We do our best to keep them correct, but a JSON formatter might disagree with your custom parser, an image compressor might not hit an exact byte target, an OCR tool might misread handwriting. Please verify the output before using it for anything critical (legal filings, medical records, engineering specifications, financial documents). We're not liable for downstream consequences of relying on a tool's output.
Availability
The site is hosted on standard commercial infrastructure and generally available, but we don't guarantee uptime. Since the tools run in your browser after the initial page load, most of them continue to work offline once loaded — a nice side benefit of the architecture.
Advertising
The site is supported by ads (currently Google AdSense). Ad-blocker users are welcome to use the site normally. If you'd prefer to support us in another way, contact us — we're open to sponsorships that don't compromise the privacy stance.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
