Before you email

If you're asking about a specific tool, it helps to include:

The tool's URL (e.g. /pdf/merge)
Your browser and version (Chrome 128, Firefox 130, Safari 18, etc.)
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
If a file was involved: file type and rough size (never send the file itself unless we ask — remember, our tools don't need it on our end)
